Gratings

Our supplier is manufacturing gratings and stair treads made from chemical resistant composites (fibre reinforced chemical resistant resins) known as TWS/GRP/GFK/FRP. The fibres are placed equally in both orthogonal directions providing equal strength. Gratings are completely resistant to corrosion and successfully replace the gratings of steel (galvanized and acid-resistant). They do not require maintenance.

Depending on the type of used resin we obtain a composite:

• Chemical resistant – polyester resins
• Chemical resistant fire retardant – polyester resins with non fire component
• For applications in aggressive environment – isophthalic resin
• For applications in aggressive environment fire retardant– isophthalic resin with non fire component
• For applications in food industry – isophthalic resin with non fire component
• For applications in aggressive environment fire retardant – vinyl ester resin with non fire component
• Fire-resisting – phenol resin with special non fire component

We are manufacturing gratings height 26 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, mesh 19×19, 38×38, 50×50 with varied surfaces:
